VIDEOS-COTEX TRAINING- TALKS WITH JESUS

During this course, you’ve looked at encounters that Jesus had with people while he walked on earth. Jesus is no longer on earth. That makes a talk with him different. Nowadays, you can meet Jesus by reading the Bible, in the silence, in music, by listening to stories about him, in nature, through people around you….

Nevertheless, an encounter with Jesus is the same. He is, in fact, still the same although he is not physically with us. Jesus promised that he would always be with us. He has sent his spirit, the Holy Spirit, to live in us. Like the people in the previous encounters, he longs for a personal meeting with you. You may see and speak to him in prayer.

Twice the waters of the river were parted in  2 Kings 2  when they were struck with the cloak of Elijah (vv. 8, 14). In the New Testament, John the Baptist baptized believers in Jesus and even Christ Himself in the Jordan ( Matthew 3:6 ,  13–17 ).
